01 MODE: PROGRAM
Set your limits
You pick the apps. You set the daily allowance. Your rules, your dials — Unpic just holds you to the settings you chose.
Unpic for iOS · Waitlist open
Unpic blocks your distracting apps when your time is up. To get back in, you complete one tiny real-world quest — photograph an everyday thing. Your pic unlocks your phone.

01 MODE: PROGRAM
You pick the apps. You set the daily allowance. Your rules, your dials — Unpic just holds you to the settings you chose.

02 MODE: QUEST
Time's up — but instead of a wall, you get a prompt: “Find a wooden spoon.” A small reason to stand up and look around.

03 MODE: SHUTTER
One photo of the real world and you're back in. Phone time is the side quest. Real life is the main quest.
From the quest archive
Quests are deliberately small: things already in your kitchen, your street, your pockets. Less “go run 5k”, more “go find the kettle”.

Privacy
Like film in a darkroom, everything is processed in-house — on your phone. Nothing leaves the device. Nothing is sent to us, and nothing exists for anyone else to buy.
Your screen-time data is stored and processed entirely on your iPhone. There is no Unpic server full of your habits, because there's no upload.
Unpic is built on Apple's FamilyControls framework, which means Unpic never even learns which apps you use — Apple keeps that sealed. Not “we promise not to look”. We can't.
You're the customer, not the product. No ads, no trackers, no brokers — just an app that wants you to use your phone less, on purpose.
Unpic is for adults who choose to cut their own screen time — not parental control, not surveillance. You set the rules, and you can change them whenever you like.
The waitlist
Unpic for iOS is almost out of the developing tray. Leave your email and we'll send exactly one message — when it's ready.
You're on the roll.
We'll be in touch when Unpic is ready. Until then — main quest's outside.
